Go to the profile section of the app
Tap on your current username
Type the new username you want
Tap on the "change" button to save the new username
To update your headline:
Go to the profile section of the app
Tap on your current headline
Type the new message you want

To update your profile picture:
Go to the profile section of the app
Tap on your current picture
Either take a new photo or choose one from your photo library
