My challenge is published. I'm ready to invite members to join the challenge. Please show me how to do it.
You've got the right idea! More participants make the challenge more competitive and fun.
Once your challenge is published, the "Invite Users" button will appear in the header.
Once you click that button, you'll see this Invite Participants module pop up.
Invite Option 1: Invite Link
Copy and paste the provided message and invitation link into your internal or external communication channels. Make any necessary edits, but do not modify the link itself. The link will take users to the challenge page on the mobile app where they can join by clicking 'Join Challenge'.
Option 2: Generate a Flyer with a QR Code
Print the auto-generated flyer or crop the QR code for use on your branded print and digital materials. Folks scan the QR code to open the challenge page on the mobile app where they can join by clicking 'Join Challenge'.
Note:
If your organization has enabled "auto-join" for the challenge, all members will be added to the challenge automatically.
If participants haven't downloaded the JouleBug app (or your private label app), clicking on the link or scanning the QR code will redirect them to download the app, create a profile, and land on the challenge page.
This process will automatically join people as members of your organization.
